This exam is designed to provide students with a strong understanding of the installation, configuration, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Cisco IX5000 and IX5200 systems. Prerequisites
Valid Cisco CCNA Routing & Switching certification can act as a prerequisite. While a valid Cisco CCNP Voice is not a prerequisite certification, a working understanding of CVOICE, QoS, CIPT1, and CIPT2 are highly recommended.
